YIH-LIHJEOU ENTERPRISE CO., LTD was founded in 1989, Founder Mr. Teng-Lui  Tseng was born in Yuanshan township in Yilan County, Mr. Jia-Feng Tseng came to Changhua to find word at the age 22 and wade a living here until his retirement. Early on, he designed, developed, and assembled special processing machinery. After his marriage, he felt that this was not enough to support his family, which in addition to company expenses, required a certain amount of working cubita l and life was difficult at the time. As a result, he began investing in transition to become an OEM in 1980. At first, he acquired old machines eliminated by other factories and redesigned and modified them. Became an OEM for the parts of special machinery,  and this was the beginning of YIH-LIHJEOU ENTERPRISE CO., LTD.

YIH-LIHJEOU is early OEM services were mainly producing car antennas, scooter and bicycle parts, and copper quick connector using CAM style lathing.
Later, with the help of a benefactor, YIH-LIHJEOU got involved in manufacturing bicycle parts and assisted major manufacturers in designing the currently widely known quick release products and subsequent kick scooters, which were a hit at the time. YIH-LIHJEOU did not expand along side the major manufacturers, as Mr. Tseng believed in doing business conservatively, step by step. He did not seek wealth and was content with a simple life in which he had enough to eat and clothes on his back.

In 1992, YIH-LIHJEOU moved from Changhua city to it's current location, locally famous brick factory (Bagua Kiln) in a small industrial zone established via urban planning in Huatan Township, Changhua County.

In 1996, founder Mr. Teng-Lui Tseng began to invest in CNC lather in response to industrial upgrading and to cultivate the skills of the next generation for his son, Mr. Jia Feng Tseng was a vocational high school student at the time and interested in studying machinery. He learned to use the CNC lathes and also explored mechanical equipment operation and program editing on his own. Vpon finishing military service in 2003, Mr. Jia Feng Tseng initiated a second transition. with the business philosophy of the founder and more than 30 years of experience in parts manufacturing, Yih-LIHJEOU now specialezes in OEM/ODM services to produce precision metal parts and various hardware parts using CNC sliding head and fixed head automatic lathes. Combining advanced equipment, exceptional talent, professional technology, and enthusiastic service, YIH-LIHJEOU has established a reputation in the market and is now working steadily towards sustainability and independent development.
